Carisma RCT was Initially contracted to consult the three Shetland-based Engineering and Fabrication companies and support them establish a joint venture, defining organisational structures, working procedures, partnership agreement and a 5-year business plan.

Along the project, acknowledging our skills and experience, the original clients invited Carisma RCT to become partners in the new venture, with the overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and development of the company as well as Supply Chain Management and continuous improvement.

Carisma RCT welcomes László Barna, PhD Student and Junior Researcher at the University of Miskolc, at the Innovation management Cooperation Research Centre (Hungary).

László will be working on the development of a new training programme in Project Management.

We are very excited to announce that Carisma RCT was awarded another contract for Phase 2 of a Partnership development consultancy project it won recently.

Following Phase 1, where we were asked to present pros and cons of various partnerships models and help the clients decide which one would suit their requirement, Carisma has now been contracted to support these three clients actualy establish the Joint Venture.

Part this contract will see the Carisma team use proprietary technology to develop the Joint Venture model, strategy, organisational model, working procedures, etc.

The Client company is one of the leading developers of marine energy devices. Looking to attract a third major round of funding to support the continuous development of a cutting edge energy device, the Client is going to work with Carisma to analyse funding scenarios, select the most appropriate one and revise their business strategy accordingly.

This contract is an important contract for Carisma as it confirms the company strong and growing reputation in this exciting sector.

We are extremely excited to announce winning a new Contract to support three engineering and fabrication companies oeprating in the Oil and Gas industry to analyse various collaboration and partnership models.

The project will go through three main phases:

  1. Assessment - looking at the main requirements and expectations of each partner
  2. Overview - presenting the most relevant collaboration and partnership models that would meet the requirements and discussing pros & cons of each
  3. Selection - using Carisma's proven approach, the project will end with the selection of the most appropriate way forward.
