  • Change Agents: we help client shift from being primarily reactive to last-minute events (i.e. firefighting) to becoming proactive, setting a plan and being able to follow it through. Whatever solution we devise comes with an implementation roadmap that Clients can decide to implement themselves or ask us to do it for them.
